As you may be aware the Fourth Edition of the ‘Laws of the Sport’ ‘go live’ in England as of the 1st April and there are a couple of Law changes that have already sparked a great deal of dialogue.
Attached is copy of the 4th Edition, downloaded from the World Bowls web site and a document detailing the Law changes (“Change to CM3 to CM4”).
Also attached is a copy of “CM4 Law Changes Summary” written by Allan Thornhill, of the WB Laws Committee, which explains the reasoning behind the Law changes and includes the World Bowls Laws Committee Clarification.
Hardcopies of the new law book will go to print as soon as Bowls England finish drawing up the “Domestic Regulations’ section.
